Wedding Dinner
Last nite, I’ve been to my friend, Kiing’s Wedding Dinner. This is my 1st time attending my friend’s wedding dinner! Felt quite shiok. Before this, I’ve only attended the wedding dinner of my family’s frens’ son/daughter or my relative’s wedding dinner. I’m kind of like last minute got invited into this dinner as I just came back to Miri for intern three weeks ago. It’s cool tat I’m invited n back here before his wedding.
I feel very happy see-ing him married happily in d age of 28! His bride, I have no idea who is her except for her name….was dress up beautifully tat nite! Hope to get her 1 day though. I hope tat their wedding is blessed by God n they’ll live together blissfully n happily ever after (like fairy tales eh?).
Her wedding gowns r sooooo gorgeous! Man, I loveeeeee wedding gowns! Well…it’s not tat I can’t wait to get married ok, it’s just tat I really love looking at wedding gowns, it’s just so beautiful and elegant!
So, the wedding dinner is held in the ballroom of Boulevard Imperial Hotel. Thr was ard 6/7 main dishes : combination of cold dishes, shark fin’s soup, fish, duck, roasted chicken, lemon chicken n broccoli + mushroom n followed by fruits n desserts at d end of d dinner. Overall, the food there is good! They did put the slideshows of d wedding photos, taken by Broadway Studio…the photos r well taken, very nice! It’s quite new n it’s my 1st time here.
I went thr alone, initially tot can go tag Kah Yoon along coz among our mutual fren, I’m closest wif this lad but then hor…Kah Yoon is so busy helping ard tat nite, so he put me in a table full of strangers (I wanna strangle him dy, haha! jkjk), those sitting wif me in d same table should b all Kiing’s ex unimates, either all of them or most of them r fr Curtin Uni, Miri. However, I knw two of the guys there, they r brothers, used to study in the same high sch as me n both used to be guy head prefect in my sch. However, I knw the elder bro better, as he’s the President of Leo Club when I first joined Leo Club when I’m in Form 1. Yes, this is so long ago! Haha! Wow, it hav been such a long time I didn’t see him ard. I saw a lot of ppl I knw n frens of my frens (mostly hi-bye frens) in the dinner.
So my senior…we talked…suddenly he brought out a topic, which made me blushed. Man! He was sitting opposite me n saying “there was once u n Kiing go to the prom together right?” I replied “yeah…” Then he said sth like “Y din shang else the bride would be u dy”. I am *speechless* then I replied “no la, we r just friends”. Aiyo, so so so paiseh u know. In a table all ex-Curtin studs, talk like as if I used to have road wif Kiing ar. Man, luckily he n his bride is not ard else I’ll b extremely paiseh. I was surprised he actually rmbered I was my friend’s prom date, it’s like 5 years plus back man! (tats y I said I wanna strangle K.Yoon 
) Later, my senior asked sth abt my r’ship, I guess he knew abt it fr friendster.
